He sees patients himself. Not an assistant, not a rotating panel. The person who examines you on the first visit is the person who treats you on the last one.

A lot of our patients are not. People come to Rishikesh for a month of yoga training, for Char Dham, or to study at AIIMS, and find they need a dermatologist while they are here.
